Why did my order arrive in more than one delivery?
If your cart has products from more than one Verified Brand, your order splits into one independent package per brand, each shipped by its own courier on its own schedule.
How long does delivery take?
2–3 days to Dhaka, 3–5 days elsewhere in Bangladesh, courier and brand depending — each package shows its own estimate in Order History.
Can I return an item?
Eligible items can be returned within 7 days if unopened. See our Returns & Shipping page for details.
What does the green checkmark on a brand mean?
It means that brand is a Verified Brand — POSHRIV has reviewed their business documents and NID before approving them to sell. It's a brand-verification mark, not a per-product certification.
How do I become a seller?
Visit Become a Seller to see requirements and start the application — it’s a 4-step process (Business, Documents, Bank & payout, Review) and every application is reviewed by our team before approval.
