Terms of service

POSHRIV is a curated multi-vendor marketplace. We review and approve every seller (Verified Brands) and every product before either appears to customers, but POSHRIV itself never holds inventory — each Verified Brand holds and ships their own stock directly to you.

A single checkout can include products from multiple Verified Brands. Your order is decomposed into one independent package per brand, each fulfilled and shipped on its own schedule. POSHRIV coordinates checkout and payment; each Verified Brand is responsible for the accuracy of their own listings, stock, and dispatch.

Accepted payment methods are Cash on Delivery, bKash, Nagad, and VISA.

You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. A Verified Brand account is approved by POSHRIV and may be suspended if it falls out of compliance with our Seller Policy.

We may update these terms as the marketplace evolves. Continued use of POSHRIV after a change means you accept the updated terms.
