Delivered by courier in 2–3 days to Dhaka and 3–5 days elsewhere in Bangladesh, courier and brand depending.

Because a single order can include packages from multiple Verified Brands, each package has its own courier and its own delivery estimate — check Order History for the exact tracking number and window for each package in your order.

A flat delivery fee is charged per package, shown at Checkout before you pay.

Eligible items can be returned within 7 days if unopened.

Start a return from the relevant order in Order History. Since each package belongs to a different Verified Brand, a return is handled against that specific brand’s package, not the whole order.
