Seller policy

POSHRIV is a curated marketplace — every seller is reviewed before their store goes live, and every product is reviewed independently of seller approval. Applying takes a 4-step form (Business, Documents, Bank & payout, Review); our team reviews it before you can start listing.

Commission is charged per category on item value only — delivery fees are never commissioned. Rates currently range from 8% (Electronics & Gadgets) to 12% (Fashion, Home & Living), with most categories at 10%. Any category-wide rate change is communicated at least 30 days in advance.

Payouts are calculated per package — item subtotal minus commission, excluding delivery fees and any promo discount on that package.

An application can be approved, sent back with changes requested (you can resubmit), or rejected. A rejected application carries a 90-day waiting period before you can reapply.

Every product requires admin approval before it goes live, independent of your seller status. Repeated late dispatch, cancellations, or products that don’t meet listing standards can affect your standing or lead to suspension.
